Munoz told Morning Edition “Boston’s a majority minority city, but historically this is not a city that’s had people from minoritized groups be decision makers… how do we figure out how to build a city that looks like our city and reflects the diversity of our city in a way that doesn’t lead to conflict or lawsuits?
