Katherine Dullea and Caroline Davis Join Zalkind Law as Associates
Zalkind Duncan & Bernstein LLP is pleased to announce that Katherine Dullea and Caroline Davis have joined the firm as associates. Katherine and Caroline work on our criminal defense, employment law, and students’ rights cases.
Katherine received her J.D. from Northeastern University School of Law in 2020. Katherine has focused her work on criminal matters and inequities in the criminal legal system. During her time in law school, Katherine conducted an independent research project critiquing federal legislation aimed at stopping sex trafficking. She also spent time researching the cradle-to-prison pipeline and the intersecting forms of oppression experienced by members of the LGBTQIA+ community. Prior to joining Zalkind Duncan & Bernstein LLP as an associate, Katherine worked as one of our legal interns.
Caroline received her J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center in 2018. Caroline focused her work on juvenile justice systems, Title IX, and disability discrimination. At Georgetown, Caroline was a Senior Editor of the Georgetown Journal on Poverty Law & Police and a Senior Writing Fellow in Georgetown’s Legal Research and Writing Program. Before joining Zalkind Duncan & Bernstein LLP, Caroline clerked for The Honorable Janet Bond Arterton of the United States District Court for the District of Connecticut.
